Quality Standards & Continuous Improvement
Our manufacturing facilities are approved by BSI and comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
Dixon Group Europe are now certified to Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC to manufacture flexible hose assemblies. Notified Body: Lloyds Register Quality Assurance, Identification No: 0038
As a part of Dixon’s continuous improvement strategy we send out annual customer satisfaction questionnaires to determine where we can improve our service levels.
Warehousing
Our large warehouse facility in Preston Lancashire holds approximately £3million worth of stock to ensure we can meet a customer’s demand and is located within close proximity to prime transport systems.
Specialist Testing
Dixon conduct extensive testing on all manufactured products. All hoses are tested prior to manufacture and each hose assembly is tested to 10 bar or as required prior to dispatch. Tests include a leak test using air or water; or a pressure test conducted at one and a half times working pressure.
Dixon can also offer specialist testing to higher pressures and test certificates up to 30,000 psi through Buckley Industrial.
