New T20 – IX Holedall® Internal Swaging Machine |

Dixon’s engineering department has developed a new table top sized swaging machine as an addition to the range of Holedall Swaging machines. These machines have been specifically designed and developed to provide a fast, effective, economic and safe method of attaching couplings to hose.
The prototype T20 - IX bench top design has the capacity to internally expand couplings sizes 1 inch to 3inch into rubber hose.
The machine has been specifically designed to internally expand stainless steel couplings used in Hygienic/Sanitary applications for the Food, Brewing, Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries.
The Dixon Holedall® Internal Expansion system achieves full flow bore, reduces the risk of Bacteria at the end of the stem, gives C.I.P. capability, and reduces turbulence in the hose. The machine can also be used to internally expand couplings into general Industrial Hose Assemblies.
Couplings are available in Stainless Steel 316L, Carbon Steel Zinc Plated with a choice of Stainless Steel 304L, Carbon Steel Zinc Plated, or Engineering Polymer Ferrules.
The new compact and user friendly design measuring just over 30cm long will have the same capabilities and benefits of the larger machines within the swaging machine range.
The Dixon Holedall® System incorporates Internal Swaging Machines capable of producing hose assemblies from 1 inch to 12inch nominal bore.
